This hair straightener works great. It straightens my hair thoroughly and does not leave frizzies. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver and heats up fast with easy-to-read temperature gauge. My hair is course and grey (short bob) and this tool leaves it smooth and soft with a shine. There is no burning smell or heat near your hand as the handle is longer than most flat irons. It doesn't pull my hair and I'm done in a short time with one or two strokes per section thanks to the wider iron.

This straightener is amazing. Heats up fast, very easy to use, and comes with a glove so I dont burn my hand. It also has a nice sleeve to hold the straightener. Customer Service is excellent. They even reached out to ask how it was working. Wish all Customer Service was like this.

This flat iron gives a smooth, sleek finish to coarse, wavy hair. It also doesn't snag any of my hair, which I have found happens with lesser quality flat irons. It is well made and I like that you can lock it when done. Heats up to the heat setting I choose pretty quickly. You can also get a 2 year warranty too. Great customer service! I hope this one lasts for a long time. I'd definitely recommend!

This iron has exceeded my expectations. I am not a professional but was looking for an iron that would get hot quickly. The digital temperature readout is on top of the iron for display only. BRILLIANT! I can't tell you how many times that particular spot would be pressed and turn off my iron, frustrating to say the least, especially if you're in a hurry. This iron is perfect for straightening larger sections of your hair as well. It's a very well made and sturdy iron but light. It does come with a nice heat proof rubber mat so no sliding around your vanity. Also included is a nice, thin but protective styling glove. We all know how painful it can be if your fingers get in the way. Above all the price of this iron & accessories is super affordable. My prime purchase came with a $10 off coupon. Last, but 100% not least~Ella Bella customer service. They've raised the bar on that for me. They make registering your appliance a seamless breeze.They provide teaching video clips that pertain to styling techniques and care for your lovely, healthy hair.... they also follow up to make sure you're completely satisfied and/or have any questions. I am beyond thrilled with this purchase so far. I do a lot of research when I buy something like this to make sure it's quality and effectiveness are worth the money and won't damage my hair. I came across this brand and was a bit skeptical since I had not yet heard of it. But the flatiron works amazingly! It does exactly what I need it to do. Straightens my hair without needing to go over it multiple times. My hair still feels soft and looks healthy after use. It does not tug or damage my hair. I like the digital heat settings. It came with a heat resistant sleeve for storage and to set the flatiron on when heating up and not in use as well. It also has a 2 year warranty that I was unaware of when I purchased this. Aside from that, the customer service seems top notch so far also. They activated my warranty quickly and reached back out to make sure I was happy with the product. All of these signs scream that I made the right choice with this purchase. Highly recommend.

The flat iron has multiple temperatures to select from. It heats up to the selected temperature in a timely manner. It is not too heavy to handle and is quite manageable. It straightens my hair but it does not seem to keep my hair as straight though the day as my previous flat iron. It has several protective features to prevent burns and I believe it is of good quality for the price.

I previously bought a different flat iron that I returned. This one is great. I only used it a few times, but it worked like a dream and was easy to hold in my 70-year-old hands. I decided to try this flat iron because of the reviews, and I am glad that I did. I have gray hair, and it did not damage my hair. If you follow the directions on the box to activate the warranty you will get a response from the owner of the company. Since my purchase, she has reached out to me to see how I liked the flat iron, how it was preforming and if I had any questions. Great flat iron at a great price.

I contacted customer service since I had registered for the two year warranty. I followed the instructions given and was soon notified that a new product was on its way to me. I did not need to send the defective one back. Apologies were sincere and I received follow ups inquiring how the straightener was performing. If only all customer service care operated this way!
