Worst product ever
🛑🛑🛑🛑STOP!!!! 🛑🛑🛑🛑DON'T BUY. FAKE DISCRIPTIONS. BAD QUALITY. INCORRECT SIZE. I'M SMALL SIZE AND BOUGHT MEDIUM. TOO SHORT. ONLY FIT MY 4'11" WIFE. THE PANTS ONLY HAVE SMALL HEAT ON KNEES. SHIRT HAS VERY LOW HEAT ON THE BACK. STUPID PRODUCT.ZERO STAR!!!!!! 👎👎👎👎

Not true to size
I ordered aa large for my dad. When we got it it was like 2 sizes too small. You pay enough money for these types of heated underwear and the battery pack doesn't even come with it. It's useless without it.

Bad wiring.
So, I've had this set for 3 months now and I've had to repair the top because of cheap wiring the top still works after repairs but the pants have failed. Tried to repair them but the wiring is to cheap. Be careful they run small. They don't come with batteries.

I live in Minnesota. What more need I say?
These are perfect for those Minnesota days when the temperature gets down to –40°. I'm probably going to buy additional pairs.

Product was very wrong in size and the app does not work.
I read the instruction for the sizes and it was not accurate. The pants did not fit at all. The shirt barely fit. They said that they also had an app for the functions and thats a lie. The main reason i bought this is for the app because i wear a uniform on top and i cant access the button function. Very disappointed. I attempted to get in contact with them and they never responded.

Does not get warm at all
First, the product does not come with any battery packs after purchasing the battery packs, and turned the power on it only got Luke warm on the highest setting and no heat at all on any other setting.So I bout a stronger battery packs and the same thing with the top, The pants do not heat up at all. It’s pretty disappointing especially after the ratings are so favorable.Note: the pants do not have a draw string to tighten them either.

Sizing is critical
The product is well constructed with heavy material. Heat works well as would be expected. The sizing is the problem. I am 5’9” and 190 lbs. I ordered the 3XL size which is the largest available. There a tight fit, useable but a tight fit. Chinese made and as with all Chinese clothing there size’s always run much smaller than US sizes. If you can fit them there a great product. The plug to the power unit uses a standard usb plug so be aware of this if you order a different power supply.
