**Q: Ro faucet is metal male thread, while female fitting to connect it to filters is plastic. things dont work that way. leaked like crazy. how to fix it?**

There is an o-ring that sits inside the plastic fitting. Make sure it is properly seated, and also add Teflon tape to the tread.
