you said it was good so I'll give it a shot
Beyond 2 Souls was a game I'd wanted for years! One of my friends talked up X-box when for the longest I had been a Playstation guy. I said, aww, what the heck, you said it was good so I'll give it a shot....Worst decision I've ever made. I'm a big RPG guy and that's what I've always been. Every XBOX exclusive game I could've gone without playing while I watched title after title that I'd have loved to have played get released on Playstation-this being 1 of many! I missed out on this on Playstation 3, as well as as The Last of Us and a slew of other games I don't want to cry about (lolz). However, they re-released both for 4 and I refused to miss out on it twice ; )I was frustrated with Playstation for not making these machines backwards compatible, especially when Playstation 2 's shelf-life was deemed somewhat short. They still don't make games like those and it's really disheartening. But as much as I love my; Suikoden 3s, Shadow Hearts, Dragon Quarters, Dragon Quest, Legaia 2s, Rogue Galaxys, Dynasty Tactics 2, and Arc The Lad 3s- games like this and The Last of Us are still extremely good games that can take all my spare time almost just as good.If you don't own them-get them. Great voice acting, great storyline, interesting characters, great game, and worth every penny. These games are worth every endorsement if it pushes developers to make timeless games like these.

Wonderful story telling
Both games are wonderfully told and, like many David Cage games, wonderfully acted and filled with great twists that adapt based on your choices. I loved Detroit: Become Human as it was my first D Cage game I played. Since these games are much older I figured I probably wouldn't enjoy them as much, but I was very wrong. What I realized was, while some elements are the same, the stories are largely different. You become invested in each one very deeply. I recommend these games to anyone who enjoys noir style story telling and enjoys being invested in your characters. This combo of heavy rain and beyond two souls is not available many other places. They just don't carry it. GameStop thought it was only in ps3. Here you can get both of them for 1 low price and they're mastered for ps4s engine making the games run very smooth and clean.

Great Games, Dumb Controls
First and foremost, the discs both worked fine. Just take care not to scratch them, as with any other disc. The controls in Heavy Rain are bizarre, and some of the camera angles are awful. The voice acting is inferior to that of Beyond Two Souls, as you can easily tell that many of the American characters in Heavy Rain are actually French actors faking an accent, making certain dialogue sound very strange to a native speaker's ears, with misplaced emphases or awkward lines. Heavy Rain has a very dark motif--an especially disturbed kidnapper/serial killer, in addition to a slew of other characters who are pretty messed up for various other reasons. I believe you control four different characters throughout the game, switching back and forth as the story progresses.Beyond Two Souls has very good acting, with the likes of Ellen Page and Willem Dafoe gracing the cast. Beyond depicts Jodie's symbiotic relationship with the ethereal being Aiden as she tries to navigate life in pursuit of some semblance of happiness, independence, and normalcy. I personally enjoyed Beyond more, due to its more forgiving gameplay, better acting, and more polished controls--which are admittedly still unconventional.Additionally, I think the story of Beyond appeals to a larger demographic than Heavy Rain. Still, Heavy Rain has a great story, which keeps you guessing until very near the end. It also had tremendous replay value, as your choices affect which characters survive, creating a different outcome depending on your crime solving and button mashing prowess. Beyond is similar in that regard, but I found myself more curious about the different endings in Heavy Rain. I have completed both games twice, though it may have been three with Heavy Rain, which I think is shorter.I'd recommend playing both games on a lower difficulty if you get anxious during quick time events or don't know the controller like the back of your hand. It won't alter the storylines, at least not to my knowledge. You literally need to push a button to do every FREAKING thing in these games--especially Heavy Rain--so simplifying the controls makes them significantly more palatable, not to mention more forgiving.Out of ten, I'd give Beyond Two Souls an eight overall, and Heavy Rain somewhere around six or seven.

Heavy Rain is probably my favorite video game
Heavy Rain is probably my favorite video game. It is a deep and sad story where you play through the pain and remorse of someone going through horrible grief. The story and plot are excellent and the game will keep you coming back for more, I've played through at least 3 times.I wanted to get Beyond 2 Souls as it formed the same creators, and this set was about the same price as the 1 game alone. I can say that I really got into Beyond and palyed through it about 4 times just to get to alternate endings. Overall, its an excellent game with great graphics and gameplay. It has a great story too.

These were great games for ps3 however I ordered this and it's ...
These were great games for ps3 however I ordered this and it's misleading because it does not tell you it's foreign language. When ordering a region free game from the u. k. One would assume it would be the English version because the picture showed of the product here is in English. I'm not too happy about the purchase and am just hoping after I put the game in the language can be changed to English. This is a French version of the game and looking at the case not being able to read it was not what I expected and it sucks. I recommend buying the digital download of these games from the PlayStation store if you are American and want something you can understand. Don't bother.

It's okay but there's a few issues...
I'm mixed about this one. If you order this your packaging comes in Spanish no doubt, but the audio is in English thankfully. Heavy rain has tons of issues and glitches and people have known about that issue with that remaster version. Other then that just go buy the big bundle pack of Detroit, Heavy and Beyond. It'll probably be in English too.
