Abdominal Fitness Workout Belt 30''-55'' Black

I received the abdominal fitness workout belt last Thursday, June 12, 2025 and started using it yesterday. I love it! Can't wait to start using it today. In the past I used to have the slendertone flexbelt, which helped me lose the extra weight left behind after giving birth to both my daughters. Today 47 years old, despite my physical structure is skinny, the fat goes to my belly, and I never liked doing abdominal exercises. Looking forward to seeing the results!

This is comparable to the Flex Belt, which I’ve used for the past few years and have had to purchase new gel pads every few months. However, when I lost the controller to my Fled Belt, I searched for a similar, less expensive product and found this to be just as effective. You don’t have to waste money on gel pads either, which makes this more valuable for the price. The fit is exactly the same around the waist. I will say that this version seems maybe an inch shorter vertically speaking.

item arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Love the fact that it has a rechargeable battery that you don't really have to replace. So far, so good.

I had an old flex belt, that stopped working. After a couple of years I decided to get a new one. It comes with no pads, which in the ad it appeared they had them but didn't say anything about them not coming with it. I've received it, I packed it back up and it will probably be sending it back as it is not what I ordered or thought I ordered. I had extra pads from the one before so I didn't think I needed to order any extra because I thought the first set would come after I spent over $150 for it. It's a piece of cheap crap that's manufactured in China. It seems like all the things coming from China are cheap products and they're advertising is extremely misleading

UPDATE - Seller contacted me after reading my review, and offered to send me a new belt as they felt the original belt I received may not have been 100% perfect, causing the issues I noted below. I'll hold judgement until I receive the replacement, but this is an Excellent Seller who reads these reviews and cares about their customer. Give the belt a try as it is an overall very good option.After trying several other ab belts to replace my ten year old Flex belt with no success, I decided to try this MBODY workout belt and it is fantastic. The other ab belts were simply not strong enough to work my abs, but the MBODY is very close to the strength of the Flex Belt. If you've had a Flex Belt before, the MBODY will look and operate in a similar manner. The MBODY has four silicone pads, two close to the center of the belt and two for the obliques. No replacement pads are needed. You need to wet the pads prior to each use.There are a couple of annoying things. There doesn't seem to be a way to increase the intensity on both sides at the same time. You have to do one side then the other. Unlike the Flex Belt where you could jump the intensity by 10s, you have to increase the MBODY intensity by one, so it takes a bit longer to get up to 100 or higher. In addition, there is a piece of Velcro that doesn't attach to anything unless your waist is very small. I have a 33 inch waist, and the Velcro digs into my skin while I'm wearing the belt.Overall, this is an excellent belt that is miles ahead of the other belts I tried. It will help get your abs in shape.

I am an Orthopedic PA from Buffalo NY and work in Sports Medicine and Surgery.I feel this belt is good for abdominal toning. Not ideal for weight loss or instant abs but it’s good for keeping your core tight on the off days. The modes go pretty high, I have yet to reach the highest setting due to an electrical shocking pain, so I just keep it on the lower settings till I can develop a tolerance.For what the products worth, I think it’s a pretty reasonable product. But in all reality please don’t think this is better than true exercise and a healthy diet. I would recommend trying to integrate this into a healthy workout program but don’t set it to high and hurt yourself.

I ordered several belts before one just like this it wore out and i i loved that one could never get another then i found it again, it is better than any of the others, i only wish that they hhad the shields like the old ones just spraying water on them some times feels like an electric shock. bring back the old one , but if not i will still buy this one again.

I really havent figured out how to get this thing to do the same thing consistently every time. It seems the settings are not really settings. Sometimes you can put it on option 1 for 20 minutes and handle a setting of 20/20 but that 20/20 will never quite be the same. Sometimes you gotta put it on 70/45 to get the same feel as the original 20/20 that you knew worked for you. And half the time no matter what it just doesn't really work it just shocks you.Simply put when it works it does what it is supposed to do, however there is just no way to consistency to get it to work the same way every time. Could potentially even be dangerous with the shocks too.
