Fresh, nutritious, and great quality
This barley sprout powder is very fresh and mixes easily with water or smoothies. The taste is mild and earthy, not overpowering, and it feels clean and natural compared to similar products Iโve tried.I appreciate that it dissolves smoothly without clumping, and itโs easy to add into my daily routine. Perfect for those who want an extra boost of nutrients and fiber. The package was well-sealed and the product arrived in excellent condition.Other customers should know that the flavor is gentle, so it can be enjoyed on its own or blended with juice or yogurt.

love it
I love this organic Barley Juice Powder. I started taking a half a teaspoon mixed with about 2 cups of water, and once I got used to that, increased to 1 tsp, which is the serving size given on the package. I use a blender bottle to mix the water and powder. I don't mind the taste, but know that some people may not be able to handle it. The flavor is milder than that of fresh barley grass juice. I take it mainly to help with acid/alkaline balance, but I like that it's also a source of B12, which is hard for us vegans to get from diet. The package says it supports detoxification, immune function, cellular health, acid/alkaline balance, cardiovascular health, and energy levels and metabolism, and that it contains vitamins, electrolytes, minerals, phytonutrients, and enzymes. If I only get some of the benefits advertised, that would be great. I've also read that barley grass juice reduces inflammation, an overall good thing, but especially helpful for joint pain. The fresh juice may be best, but the powdered form is super convenient, and something I can take everyday. At a tsp per day, one container lasts about two months. You may want to store this in the refrigerator over the summer so the powder doesn't clump up from heat and humidity.

Sticky
The powder is very sticky. It doesn't taste too bad and doesn't have much effect of the overall flavor of your smoothie. If the product does what the internet claims it does, it should be worth its weight in gold.
