**Q: Only 2 8-pin pcie is connected to the 12vhpwr connector. since an 8-pin pcie is only rated for 150w, how then can it deliver 600w as advertised?**
A: Indeed, 150W is the upper limit for output according to PCIe standards. However, the power supply manufacturers themselves have been able to double their power output by more than 300 W for a few years now, and I hear the Corsair is around 374W (over 400W at its instantaneous=spike peak).

This means that if you have 2 PCIe power supply connectors, 600 W output is more than enough.

**Q: Tried buying directly from corsair, but they can't ship to my address. will this work with the rm850x (2021) and the 4070 ti?**

A: Yes this will work I had my 12vwpr cable plugged into my rm850 and I also have a TUF 4080
