Good product needs a couple of minor improvements.
Works well good touch screen. Easy to safely install if you follow instructions & have appropriate knowledge, if not use a qualified electrician. Easy to register with app, works perfectly with Alexa. The two criticisms I have is that the WiFi indicator is always on when connected (better if it came on for say one minute when the faceplate is touched) and is remarkably bright in a darkened room, also, once the face plate is fitted/installed it is very difficult to remove it if you need to access the mounting screws.

Works really well once its setup
Works really well once its setup. The installation is the biggest problem, it requires a deep recess, most light fittings use a 16mm recess so for me it required some additional work and a replacement knockout box (47mm). Also the supplied screws do not fit a standard UK knockout box.It is a one way light switch, so had to remove the 2 way setup but i can now control my outside lights from my phone on the way home.It has been installed for a couple of weeks with no problems

Great bit of kit
Great bit of kit. Need a NEUTRAL wire and a deeper box for the switch to fit into. Swap wires over, add the neutral, pair up fine. Works a treat.

Nice switch when it works!Server must be a 1980’s spectrum 48k. Only seems to be up and running a few days a week.

RUBBISH DO NOT BUY
Product was great for a few weeks working with Alexa to turn lights on and off by voice.However they have been offline for nearly a week now blaming AWS servers. There is no good reason why there isn’t an offline mode for when the “servers are down”.Why should my product fail just because you can’t track my data when your servers are broken!! WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT BUY

Loses wifi easy. The back mechanism is deeper than most UK metal switch plates so be mindful you may need a spacer to bring the switch off the wall by 5 to 10mm. Works well as a simple touch switch but trying to link it to Alexa can be problematic due to the dropping of the wifi connection.

Amazing bit of kit
Amazing bit of kit.. you need to change your Wi-Fi to 2.4gh but that's not a massive issue. Either phone up your provider like I did or Google it.Installation is easy if you have common knowledge of electrics (needs a neutral tho!!!) And you need a 47mm deep box does fit with a standard 35mm but would be better with the bigger box.

Works with Amazon echo
Just installed, very happy, works very well, and the set up straightforward but instructions are basic. The app is basic but works ok, BUT does works with Amazon echo and Google home set up easy and working ok with Google home at the moment. I am very impressed and considering buying two more!
