This is a water floss I actually choose to take on the go with me compared to many other. It does have a reduce amount of water capability being a smaller size but at least you are able to take this one on the go with you a bit easier. It is still a bit big but I like having this over many other water floss due to the smaller size. It is pretty easy to fill the water in this device but again the reservoir for this is not very much which is why I choose to take this on the go with me. The reservoir is pretty easy to rinse out to clean for the most part. I tend to let it dry out whenever I come home from my trip to make sure mold does not grow in this too much. It is fairly easy to use with different levels of pressure to give you a more comfortable clean. It also works great for massaging your gums which I do to help me get less bleeding when I do cleanings. It actually feels pretty relaxing. When using this, I would start low and gradually increase to find the pressure that is to your comfort. I do not want to start high and get pain in my gums. The tips provided are pretty solid and they actually fit within the flosser so it is protected during transport or storage. It is pretty secure so you do not have to worry about it leaking and getting all over you. It is a bit noisy but it is to be expected. The higher the level the loud it is. You do not have to worry about it disconnecting and not being able to get the water up the pump. It will not shut off even if it runs out of water so be aware of that. The buttons are very simple. You can adjust it up and down accordingly. There is no digital screen is nice to show you battery power level. The pick is not bad. It is durable and I have not has issues of them cracking. It last for quite some time on battery. I have yet to see any issues with it turning off super fast. There is no sensor so if you happen to take this out of your mouth, it will spray all over. Overall this water flosser works pretty well but it does have a smaller reservoir. It is smaller so it fits in my travel toiletry bag and the pick can be removed and stored inside which makes it is also great for traveling with. The black/goldish color makes it look pretty cool. It has pretty good pressure that can be adjusted. You do not have to worry about it hurting your teeth and it gets out all the debris between your teeth.

This water flosser is easy to use and does a great job at flossing. It has a good amount of water pressure that can reach areas in between my teeth that I just can't manually. It even gets in between my teeth in the back with ease. It cleans in between my teeth and around my gums that normal wax flossing just can't get. It's compact and is the perrect size for travelng. It has several different attachments for different uses. I especially like this for my teen son who has braces. It is ideal for him as flossing with braces can be challenging at times. This takes the time and extra effort out and does a great job at getting anything In between the hardware and his teeth. I will say this flosser is messy, but that just comes with the territory and is to be expected. My suggestion is to use it while in the shower in the morning or night. It’s cordless for a reason

(2): In addition to my original review as outlined below, I did receive a replacement unit from Amazon in August 2023. As of this date, 12/5/23, the unit I received in August, no longer works. Once again, there is no one to contact regarding the 2-year warranty and excellent Customer Service. I would really just like to get a refund and move on with a different product. Replacements don't last. Please be aware when and if you choose to purchase this product. It does not last. (1): I've had this Tricklet Cordless Oral Irrigator unit since April 27, 2023, and it was fine. Now, the unit will not run until you tap it hard on the side of the unit to get it started. Tricklet states it has a 2-year warranty and excellent customer service. The major issue is, there is NO contact information for the Seller or its Customer Service Dept. How are you supposed to get warranty satisfaction when there is NO email or phone number for contact? When I asked Amazon; "How do I contact Tricklet Customer Service for a defective product?" Amazon's reply was: "You do not need to return the product; we will send the product for you free!" "Hello, dear customer, we have processed the shipping procedures for you and expect to arrive in 2 days". Does that mean that they are going to replace the unit or just send it back, leaving me without a working unit? What good is a 2-year warranty if you cannot contact anyone? Beware when purchasing.

I'm a long time (40+yr) WaterPik user and truly appreciate it's ability to help with keeping my gum healthy. This is the 4th non-WaterPik water flosser I bought. The 2nd one is a retractable one. and good for travel use but it's water jet is on the weak side. This one is bulkier but still reasonably compact and I would take it on the road. 1st use impression is that it has good power and versatile with 4 modes. I especially like the press to irrigate mode which allows me to spray limited amount of Listerine in the area need extra care. This is the reason I selected it. The killer is the shallow angle nozzles that makes it impossible to irrigate mouth same as with a WaterPik (See comparison in the picture I took). I can get better with more experience, but I think it'll never be the same. I also found the power control button to be finicky. At least a couple of reviewers mentioned that there is no contact information for the company selling which point out the support issue. I checked and also googled Tricklet Group and came up empty so I figured that it is likely only a small operation selling similar Chinese products which is available from multiple vendors. The Instruction sheet states warranty is 30 days, but the box says 2 yr. Which one to believe.

My dentist recommended a water flosser to help get the stuff between my teeth and to help with receding gums. I love that this one is portable and so easy to use. It comes with 4 different nozzles to make sure it gets in all the crevices. It holds 200ml of water which typically is enough for me. I feel it offers the perfect amount of pressure where it doesn't hurt my teeth or gums. It took me a little while to get into the habit of using this daily however now I love it and look forward to my morning cleanings. This flosser is small enough to take with you on the go as well. So far it is working out well for me. We will see at my next dental appointment if I have made any improvements with my dental health.

It seemed to be a good product. I went to recharge it and it melted the cord into the product and could have caused a fire. Thank goodness it was also plugged into a surge protector. They stop product coverage after 3 months. Of course I had it 6 months. I wont purchase again, if there is not a way to report it to the manufacturer. FIRE HAZARD

Great the water is strong I recommend it for outside the home not for daily use , to not hurt the gums .It’s didn’t pump the water after I left it without using for couple of days but I took the air out and it worked again

We've had a few water flossers, and this is the best one so far. It's not super powerful, but it's effective. Why do I think it's so good? 1) It's compact and takes up very little benchtop/countertop real estate. 2) It's black and slick. The dark colour means it doesn't look mucky, and the streamlined shape makes cleaning it easy. White plastic eventually gets stained, and all the angles and crevices on other water flossers trap germs and stains. 3) Easy to fill. The reservoir is small, but because it's so easy to refill, it's not an issue. 4) Good battery life. 5) Fantastic option for travelling. It's light. It's small. It's easy to recharge. And finally, 6) Value. I reckon the price point is just right. When we returned from our trip, we retired our old Waterpic and have continued using the Tricklet Oral Irrigator.

As a first time user of water flossers, I was skeptical, but after figuring out the water flossing technique and getting used to how to use the flosser, things have been great! You kind of have to make space with your lips and gums whilst keeping your mouth mostly closed, also avoid hitting the soft parts of your mouth and tongue as this will really hurt! There are guides for how to water floss out there, this is just what worked for me. Another tip is to add some mouthwash in the water as well for extra freshness! The actual water flosser has a nice, almost premium build quality, I started on the lowest setting but have been able to work my way up. I haven't used any of the other tips yet. I've also used it a few times a week for almost a month now and still haven't needed to charge it. Great experience so far!
