Width ways it is a strip of 3 x 3d profiles attached together neasuring 9mm each.and you can split it into 3 separate ones as we did around our windows as a draft excluder.Hope this helps.We were pleased with our purchase.On the pack it shows 3-7mm gap size and 9 x 9mm product width. **Q: On wood sash windows, do you stick it to the window or the frame? and will the window still open?** A: I have no experience of sash windows but if you want to open the window you might need to stick it to the frame although this could be less effective. I suggest you experiment with one side of a smaller window. A lot will depend on the size of the gap between frame and window. **Q: Is it any good for soundproofing the flat from the street?** A: Could help, if it’s stops drafts then sound would stop too. It won't stick to anything I tried.
