Went though my first set of bottles of this stuff. And was a bit surprised with the fact that I actually felt better. I have more energy and it seems to last throughout the whole day. Before I was shot before the afternoon but not now. The instructions say take 3 a day, I have been taking 2 one in the morning and one at night before I go to bed and it seems to work. Much much cheaper than Balance of Nature and you get more product, great deal. I'm one of those people that just doesn't eat enough veggies and this helps for sure.

Really good. I do feel a boost of energy when i take, i also can avoid coffee in the mornings if i'm not really tired. It has a balanced amount of fruits and vegetables. I have no issues really, there may be a slight digestion matter (burping the product) if you have taken the pill and decide not to eat.
