This is my third purchase, so I can honestly say that I do see an increase in the amount of hair volume & silkiness since taking it. (I've always had baby fine, thin hair.) Vegan caplets are easy to swallow, & taste herb-earthy good. I have experienced hair texture & skin benefits with no side effects. Recommend trying it for 2 months to test if it works for you.

Side Effect: Mood. Worked quickly (2-3 days) for the urination frequency and difficulties, BUT after about 4 days, came the bad mood (snapping at everyone). Researched it, and yes, it affects mood/hormones, very noticeably. Cut back to every 2 days and it is still working and mood has improved.

OMG!!! I got this for my brother who has frequent urination issues at night and has prostate issues. From day one, he only woke up one time when he used to wake up 5 times at night to use the bathroom. I asked him to take 2 a day for three days then once a day until the bottle is out. Day 3 today and again he only got up once at night vs 5 times!! All praise to the almighty Yahuah I believe it is also the power of prayers, and I can’t wait to see him completely healed once he finished his bottle. I am thinking now of taking it too because I have hair loss issues and I have been seeing a lot of reviews by females who taken it and saw progress. We got the original formula. He previously used the one with pumpkin and nettle ( different brand) finished the whole bottle with zero improvement, but this one was something else!

For years I was using the prostate formula from NOW brand and I was not getting good results. Once I switched to Havasu's product a few months ago, my urine flow quickly got better and could be considered normal now. I also use and recommend the Carlyle brand of Lycopene @ 40mg. This combo seems to be a perfect fit.
