Okay.
The product does it's job well. But the style is wierd. We can't hold the base box propely to open the lid. Grip doens't come and it's slippery shape also oval. When we pack hot things the lid tends to be sucked inward so opening is tough. Otherwise doing job well. Reduced one star for this issue

We ordered this for carrying baby food while travelling. The product did not meet our expectations. The food was not preserved well even for an hour. Poor heat retention. Disappointed.
