Unlike other products, Miele Wool Care does not strip wool of it’s natural lanolin, nor does it add any kind of cloying scent that does not belong on wool. I have two superb Icelandic handmade pure wool blankets. One got soiled as someone in this family took it to the beach without permission! I took a deep breath and put it in the wash by itself with this Miele Wool Care, laid it to dry and was thoroughly relieved and grateful that this beautiful blanket came out so wonderfully.
