How many discs does it have? Is it good for getting rid of tomatoes seeds and skin?

It comes with 2 discs. Unfortunately, I found it was only good for lacing the food with very fine metal filings and so sent it back. My main purpose for it was preparing food for my young daughter, so I can't comment on the tomato skinning/seeding.

Can you make seedless fruit purée with it?

I think so. I usually use it to make tomato souce and it removes all seeds.

Any feedback regarding baby food preperation please?

I had one of these ages ago....1970,s...but it was n,t stainless steel ......i bought a new stainless steel one recently....I wanted it for soup...particularly celery soup...I think it is great....soup has a much better texture than with food processor or blender. Really it,s much quicker to wash up as well.
