Overall the quality was good except for the personalised plaque, which let it down.It didn't sit flush to the cap, bowing in the middle, making it look cheap. Maybe a little more time on fixing the plaque is needed.The gift was happily received despite my disappointment.

Great box
I was really impressed how nice this is, even better than on the photos. But I gave it 4 starts because it was hard to add text to engrave (the instructions on website don't work) and then wrong engraving arrived. But after I send an email, they got back to me straightaway and sent a new plaque. I would be ordering this again!

I don't know why the reviews are not higher for this. I received my order today on time. The quality was great for the price. I will be re-boxing it before giving it as a gift as the packaging is the only thing that lets it down the quality of the product and the engraving is great. Very happy with my purchase!
