easy pattern to follow and good size print.. this is an old pattern where old cots were bigger .. modern cots are smaller in width & length so i knitted 40 squares which is ample for modern cots/bed size

This is my absolute favourite knitting pattern... I first knitted it for my niece 25 years ago and picked my needles up again for my new grand baby. I had to consult 'UTube' a couple of times to refresh my skills, but it's a very easy knitting pattern that looks like it was really difficult to knit. It's great for an amateur knitter like me as you knit small squares and stitch it together at the end.. my daughter loved the blanket and I enjoyed knitting it so much, I've decided to knit more squares and make cushion covers...

Love this pattern, have admired it for some time. Easy to follow pattern. Would recommend this for anyone wanting to knit a baby blanket.

Perfect baby blanket. This is a very easy pattern to knit , as it is done in individual squares. Four squares make up one flower. Be patient stitching the squares together and hey presto , a fab blanket that looks far more intricate than it is . I love it and have knitted it a few times for grandkids .
