I bought this for my mother-in-laws wheelchair. She is in a home and is in her wheelchair all day going here and there. She likes working on word searches and often has one on her lap as she moves about. She also likes having tissues or other small items when she is in another area. I was very pleased with this item. It looks exactly like the picture. It is waterproof and can be easily wiped off. It is a great size. I am going to give it to her for her birthday. I bought two pens, a small pocket size note book, two small packages of tissues, a little larger note pad, tic-tacs, a word search book, a comb, chap stick and a package of hard candy to put in it. I did not put a water bottle in it because she does not use a water bottle…but one would certainly fit. Also, a phone would fit nicely. The Velcro tabs look like they will attach easily to her wheelchair. She had a back packet on the back of her wheelchair for a time but that was no help to her. This side pouch is perfect. She can have her items with her and can easily reach them. She won’t have to juggle her items while trying to maneuver her wheelchair. I like the zipper so some things can be secured. There are mesh pockets in back of it too. A very good buy. I am excited to give it to her.Update: 10/08/2023I gave my mother-in-law this cute pouch for her birthday. It fit the outside of the armrest but it covered the upper part of the wheel so she can’t get to the wheel to push herself around. I thought about putting it on the inside of the armrest…but there is not enough room. I am very disappointed. I think it would fit on a different wheelchair. Just not this one.

This is so much better than the cheap one that came with my wheelchair that fell apart with the lightest of items in it. This one is well made with heavy material and stitching. I expect it to last a long time. I carry my glasses, keys and other items when doing roll-a-rounds of our neighborhood. It will be nice to have a water bottle during my roll-a-rounds; this item has a pocket that stretches to accommodate various size bottles. I'm not sure it will handle a tall bottle due to the pocket depth but shorter ones will work.

I don't use this for my sunglasses but it does work pretty well for my phone; I use the three outside deep pockets for my travel pill containers, my blue tooth earbuds and my lipsticks, that I combine with some Sweet and Low packets because, it seems not enough places have my preferred sweetener.

You think you can hang this inside or outside the chair. INSIDE--if you have an 18" seat you probably fill it up and there's no room for this treasure. OUTSIDE - If your wheelchair is a standard model with a big wheel in back, forget it! This item hangs down over the top of the wheel! You're going nowhere like that. It is possible to fold this thing so that only the cupholder and next compartment are pointing away from the side of the chair. Then it doesn't hit the wheel, but you lose the use of the mesh pocket and 1-2 small compartments. So hang it on the back, right where you can't reach it! Handy!LOOK at their pictures. They aren't admitting the truth about using it on a big wheel wheelchair. Their pic has 10" wheels in the back.Three stars because it's a good product--for a walker, or maybe an electric scooter.

Ok this review is for power chair users. I have looked at a lot of chair bags and they always had to short of straps for a power chair. This bag has long enough straps for the arms of a power chair which are bigger than the regular wheelchair arms. This bag is sleek and made real good. It is definitely not real big and doesn't stick out to get in the way of going through doorways while on your power chair . I highly recommend this bag if your looking for one to use on a power wheelchair. Sure it will work on all regular wheelchairs but my focus is on the electric wheelchair users that are looking for a good bag.

This side bag is the first one that has ever fit around the arms of my JazzyHD power chair without having to add or cut velcro! The material is strong and, I think it’s water repellent. My ThermoFlask fits perfectly into the designated pouch - so no more struggling to place it in the wheelchair’s back-seat pouch! It also holds my cell phone, car keys (with a little D-ring), wallet, and assorted purse items with room to spare in the zippered compartment.

This is an excellent product. Smaller than the pictures of it make it seem like though. Worth the cost. For those with higher than realistic expectation though, you will not be satisfied. It will not provide catering too, LOL
