Amazing Price for an excellent product
Extremely satisfied in the purchase. It's all tight and right. Oxygen wrench locks in place. Strap cutter is fantastic, cuts like a hot knife though butter. Cut a penny with zero issues and left no marks on blade. Extremely happy.

O2 wrench locks open
This pair of scissors feels good in the hand. There is no wiggle or looseness detected on day one. And, as me too ed, it does feature the lock for the cutter/O2 wrench.

may not be raptors but they perform very well. my second set (lost the first one) sharp and cut well. use them daily in the ER and havent had any issues yet.
