Did someone order from Amazon, not Electronicx or Meduriz UG, and does this package contain 2 bulbs and is the package as on picture?

I ordered from amazon and it had 2 bulbs.

Does it fit Toyota Avalon 2015?

Not sure - fits a Mini Cooper S

will this bulb fit a mazda 6 06 plate

You will need to check car specifications and outputs for your car.. Hid bulbs are generic but it's the outputs you need to be sure of it. 5k 6k etc

Hi does this product come as just the bulb or is it the whole unit including the ballast?

It is the whole unit including the balast
