What is the face plate size (in mm) and the length from the front of the faceplate to the start of the square hole? Thanks!

Do not buy these! The picture is not (necessarily) what you will get. See my 2 star review, and others. Absolute rubbish, go to a DIY store where you can see what you are buying and you can measure it at the same time. Although they appear to be cheap these ones are a waste of money.

Can you confirm the length from centre of face plate to centre of hole please?

57 mm from the outer side of face plate to the centre of the hole. From the outer side of face plate to the end of the lock is 77 mm. Face plate is 1.5 mm thick. I was please with the quality these locks. Hope this helps.

Do I need left right handed

The lock can be set in either direction suitable for left or right handed, by turning it through 180 degrees.
