Waited 22 days before it was deliveerd 25 miles.
Great toilet but to wait 22 days before it was delivered is questionable why? We hook it up in two days to see if it stays or be returned. the box was in great shape just covered with dust from setting in trucking warehouse for 22 days.broke after one year and no replacement part.. just now a piece of junk.

Unit is poorly engineered and needs constant repairs.
I purchased this toilet in May, 2017. It was installed in July. Since that time I have constant problems with this unit. The automatic lid raise did not work properly. The customer service rep sent me a new seat with no instructions on how to replace. Finally replaced the seat and problem persisted. Next customer service rep told me to color in the sensor window with a magic marker. Then lights that indication function did not work. Needed new top unit. Then bushing on seat hinge broke. Been waiting 4 months for new seat. Do not buy this product unless you enjoy constant repairs. The unit worked fully for only a few weeks since installed. I would return this unit if it was not so long after purchase.
