Decently made, although the 90kg one tends to squeak for some reason, sounds like it's about to explode but feels alright so idk what's going on. They also come with foam handle covers but in my opinion it only makes it harder to actually use.

They feel well made and the 4 different grip strengths are enough for me. The rubber covers move a bit over time but they do the job.

Broke both my wrists a while ago and bought these to help recover the strength I lost having been in dual casts for ~6 months. Pretty nice quality product that feels secure in its design, look and feel like they'll last a while. Unfortunately, the cheap foam protective covers supplied slip about so much its impossible to use them, so you may want to wear gloves or apply your own grip tape. Do bear in mind if you have smaller than average hands there's no way you'll be able to hold these, they're definitely not small. For first time buyers recovering from wrist/hand injury I would recommend getting the lower rated set. I can manage the 22.5KG (would have been able to grip the 67.5KG before), but any more serious damage wouldn't be able to handle it.

My son is just starting his fitness journey and finds it great too have a full set of grip stregth trainers - now up to 112kgs!! great quality products

22kg and 45kg is ok but other one can’t use need more options like 5kg 10kg 15kg 20kg 25kg 30kg 35kg and more who’s ordering they’ll choose which ones they want

I bought the 4 pack, 22.5kg, 45kg, 67.5kg and 90kg They all look identical, there is no visual difference in them what so ever. The resistance is marked on the base of each handle. The foam grips that come with them are comfortable and sturdy too, and depending on the size of your hands you can either not use the foam padding, or just use the padding on one handle which is going to sit at the ball of the thumb. The reason I love that they are identical is because of the amount of laughs I have been getting from tricking people, I use the lower 22.5kg, then secretly switching to the 90kg and watch them struggle.

It is helping build my grip, finger, forearm, wrist, and even shoulder muscles so much so that the strength on my weak side is rapidly approaching the strength of my strong side, which is well developed! Ich bin von dem Handtrainer, Unterarmtrainer begeistert. Durch den Widerstand bis zu 67,5 Kilo ist er auch für Anfänger geeignet. Leicht und handlich für das Training zu Hause im Büro oder unterwegs. Der Unterarm Trainer scheint sehr langwierig zu sein und hält auch intensiver Nutzung stand. Ich habe mit diesem Trainer meine Griff Kraft sehr schnell gesteigert und er war über Wochen permanent täglich im Einsatz. Ich würde jeden empfehlen Schaumstoffgriffe zu nutzen, denn sie bieten besseren Halt, schon die Haut und erhöhen somit den Komfort bei der Übung. Meine Griffkraft hat sich tatsächlich schon nach vier Wochen erheblich verbessert. Klage Empfehlung.
