These cuff links seemed ok at first, they looked nice when tried on with my new shirt too. However, one of the cuff links broke after only one use! Not even a proper use either they had only been tried on. Once ! I’d only had them a week! Not exactly what I’d describe as robust! Naturally I preceded to contact the seller, who to my surprise, was incredibly rude over email. They kept accusing me of not storing the cuff links properly and making out that I’d deliberately damaged the item for some reason. Just to be clear, the cuff links had only been stored in the bag that was supplied. Eventually after lots of emails back and forth the seller agreed to replace the broken cuff link, but only on the proviso that I promise to look after them… oh and only if I apologised for daring to suggest that although the item arrived intact it may have had an underlying defect which caused it to break… It’s a shame really because the cuff links were nice and seemed liked they were good quality, and they probably are, I probably just got a dodgy set. The seller on the other hand is incredibly rude and unreasonable and wouldn’t accept any responsibility for the issue and just kept suggesting that I’d damaged the cuff links on purpose and was trying to deceive them? Very strange indeed. Anyway it’s a shame but I will not be purchasing anything from green zone again.
