It’s plastic, it looks different from what is in the picture. I highly doubt that there are any filters inside.. Makes good pressure though

I ordered FEELSO shower-head B0B1WM933Z and wanted to purchase replacement cartridges. I made sure to read the description above which says that it is compatible with this model as described. However they do not fit at all with the shower-head as shown in pictures/video. I’ve either been sent the wrong filter cartridges and/or shower-head as they are not compatible. The ones which came with the shower-head are a lot smaller as seen on left-hand side. Instant refund request!

I purchased two of these as gifts for family members who have hard water. The shower heads were simple to install and they report that the filtered water makes their skin and hair feel softer. Water pressure is good. They enjoy the feature where the water can be stopped briefly while they shampoo their hair. The showerhead can be used handheld or traditionally.

I’ve been using this product for years and had to replace it. The shower head is super easy to install, and I’m glad they added extra supplies to stop potential leaks. My wife loves the three shower settings, the overall length of the product, and the water quality is so much better. After a nice shower, we feel so much cleaner, and the water doesn’t leave our skin dry like the cracking sands of the Sahara desert. The water pressure is just right, and it works exactly as advertised. It’s such a great purchase that I keep coming back for another replacement whenever I need one.
