These work really well for listening, but mic not clear all the time good quality.

Headphones are excellent especially if you work from home and there background noise, these headphones cancel out background noises. It’s very comfortable and suitable on the ears which I love the most. Very easy to function and use also good for travel use as well.

Not worth it my work said it was causing audio issues

The noise cancellation doesn't work for me at all. I bought it for work from home. Sometimes, I do have a noisy background, and it doesn't block it out at all. The mic is a bit short, so you will have to shift the headset to the right to carry it closer to your mouth, especially if you are working in a customer service or sales environment. I don't like the cord that it is made from having a a bit of shortage already.. However the mic is very clear, I love the volume control is pretty easy to work with and its comfy to wear its very soft.

These work really well! Lightweight and comfortable to wear. I can hear well and customers hear me fine. Long USB cable.. worth the price, I just hope they last for a bit.

It worked perfectly fine for a bit, maybe about 2-3 weeks, and then it started to randomly mute me from the mic toggle. I would not press the mute mic button, but all the sudden in the middle of a call the light would be red and it would be completely unresponsive to the mute/unmute mic button. This past time it lasted for 3 hours, completely interrupting my work day, and I tried everything to fix it. I tried unplugging it multiple times, updating my computer, checking all my settings. I’m going to have to spend more money on a more reliable headset now. I do not recommend at all, don’t waste your money and just buy a nicer headset outright.

I am so pleased with this new headset and microphone. Compared to the unit it replaced, the construction is sturdy, it's easy to move the microphone into place – not to mention the sound quality of both the headphones and the microphone. I write short stories using Dragon NaturallySpeaking software. I can dictate quickly and this mic picks up every word and punctuation, enabling me to maintain my train of thought.
