CAP Barbell Standard 1-Inch Grip Weight Plates

These CAP weight plates are exactly what I needed to upgrade my home gym. The 1-inch center fits my standard bar perfectly, and the grip handles make them super easy to move around and load. They feel solid, no weird rattling or rough edges, and the finish holds up well even with regular use. Having four 10-pound plates gives me plenty of flexibility to mix up my workouts. Great quality and value—highly recommend for anyone building a basic strength setup.

You wouldn't expect something this heavy to survive a trip anywhere without damage to something. Both 50 lb plates arrived with zero damage to either themselves or the boxes. WELL packaged and double boxed and wrapped in protective packaging materials. Wish everyone packaged things up this well. It will be awhile before I can lift 100+ lbs so these will be used separately for various exercises along the way. I am just restarting weight lifting so I am only using the lighter weights for now. I am a little under 300 lbs total for plates so I am set for improving little by little. Any guests will have a variety of weights to lift here too. Paired with adjustable dumb bells I now have an ideal setup for any exercises I will be doing. I love grip plates for this reason as you can use them for other exercises other than just on a barbell. These plates appear well made. Grip areas are a nice handful and secure so long as your grip is. These would hurt if you don't. Plates this size are HORRIBLY expensive and these two were some of the most reasonable priced ones I have seen both locally and online. If you want to elevate your gym experience these are the plates and the company you want to build from.

The hole size is perfect and the weights are well within tolerance. I really like the design of the plates in general. It is easy to grasp the plates and they look better to the eye than just a plain flat plate. They are a little thicker though so they will take up more space on a barbell or dumbbell.The price per pound was great and a deciding factor for me.

They are weight plates, and the price was good per pound. They seem kind of rough and porous and the holes are very rough. I ended up having to sand with dremmel to fit on handles.
