Doesn’t leave anything on clothes

I was really excited about these hangers at first because they’re sturdy and look great. But as soon as I opened the package, I noticed the plastic wrappers were covered in this black stuff from the hangers. I figured maybe it was just from shipping, but nope it kept shedding even after I started using them. Worse, the black residue got all over my clothes, which was super frustrating. They’re nice in theory, but I just can’t deal with the mess. Definitely not worth it unless they fix the shedding problem.

The hangers are very fragile

These velvet hangers are very nice and I will be purchasing them again.

These are a little smaller (in width) than similar hangers I've bought in the past, but other than that meaning they don't match, that's a good thing as far as I'm concerned. They better fit the dimensions of women's clothing, especially in the shoulders, and it also means a little more space in the wardrobe, which is always welcome. Like other non-slip hangers, these really do prevent wardrobe areas getting messy. I also use the non slip function to hack my laundry process, and I hang clothes on these straight from the washing machine and hang in the garden on hangers to dry - and things never fall off, even in the wind.

These hangers are way better than the mix of plastic and wire ones I used to have. They’re slim but strong (they even hold my heavy sweaters), and the velvet coating keeps stuff from sliding off—which used to drive me nuts. They make my closet look a lot more uniform and organized, which is oddly satisfying. I didn’t realize how much of a difference nice hangers make until I tried these. Bonus: they swivel, so hanging stuff is easier. Definitely worth the switch!
