Great value.

This is ideal for my bad shoulder as I cannot reach to rub in creams or gels. It really does help relieve the pain after you get over the shock of the cold! I thoroughly recommend it.

This stuff is really great. It brings out the bruises quite quickly. Can recommend this item. I broke three ribs in my shoulder and, I sprayed in a couple of days. The bruising was coming out. Very very useful. Can recommend this seller.

I suffer from pain in my feet while walking for any long distance, such as playing golf. I had been using a more expensive brand, giving my feet a spray before and after eighteen holes of golf. I tried the Master Plast spray, and it not only does exactly the same job as the more well-known expensive brand, it is extremely good value for money. Using this before and after my golf keeps me pain-free during the round, and after it. I have also used it on other muscle strains, and a nagging knee problem. Works really well - as I say, as well as any better known and more expensive brands I had been using out of supermarkets. Five stars.

Easy to use

Nice and cool but smells funny which gets some getting use too ?

Waste of money. I have used freeze products in the past with good results. I bought this as it seemed a good deal. It is not. There is barely any cooling effect at all let alone freezing. You may as well use a hand held fan and you will get the same effect. It is so poor I have used a whole can in just two applications on a badly twisted ankle and had no relief whatsoever.
