Nice large jar, so there's a good amount of product here. You're not going to run out in a week as with a little tube. Has a plastic film cover inside to peel back after you remove the lid, so it keeps from drying out. Works well on bug bites, general dry skin (especially on problem elbows). If difficulty healing from skin blemishes, as from pre-diabetes or full diabetes, this helps, too. It keeps the problem area hydrated, but also provides real skin nutrition (just my general description; I'm not a dermatologist). Keeps the problem atea moisturized, not dry and flaky, while you're treating the area, so you're less tempted to scratch and make the problem worse. I liked that combination of direct healing effect paired with moisturizing to prevent scratching. It's not a miracle, magical potion, of course, but it's worked well on some difficult skin conditions of my own and family members. Do try to address the underlying health condition (allergies, diabetes, etc.) as much as you can, but this is a useful companion product to help with your skin issues. Read the instructions, though, as it may not be appropriate for every possible problem. For example, I haven't needed it for sunburns, so I can't speak to that.

More effective and less questionable ingredients than their main competitor! Soothing, absorbent, not too greasy & helpful for dry skin from face to toes! A little dab'll do it!

When opening the jar, the lotion has no smell or color to it. You don't need much when applying it to the skin because a little goes a long ways. I have extremely dry skin especially during the winter, when using the lotion it was light and easy to apply. It did take awhile for the lotion to be soaked up through my skin. Overall, this lotion is not too special from other lotion I have used before. I have to reapply throughout the day just because I have extremely dry skin.

The cream is the consistency of a cold cream- but for oily skin. It is thick, but not greasy. Skin SUCKS UP THIS CREAM LIKE IT’S WATER. I love LOVE LOVE that the ingredients list is free of a lot of unpronounceable ingredients and that I can use the cream on my face AND body. The cream WILL NOT BREAK OUT YOUR SKIN. I have used this on my face without breakouts and on my body without breakouts. I’VE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO USE A BODY CREAM FOR MY FACE WITHOUT BREAKOUTS. The cream has a light scent but not cloy or annoying. The hydration lasts for HOURS AND HOURS. I will buy this again! Price at the time of this review is 15USD which a great price for the size, formula and versatility.

I used ceramides creams before with a great results. I was excited to try Real Relief Ceramides Complex Cream Moisturizing Face and Body Cream. The company advertising this cream as "High quality ingredients: Real Relief ceramides cream has no parabens, no artificial color or fragrance, no mineral oil, no petroleum, no phthalates and No animal testing". Well, when you read the ingredients, the second one after water is Paraffinum liquidum. Paraffinum liquidum is just another name of mineral oil. I avoid using mineral oil in my skincare. The advertising doesn't match a list of ingredients.

I honestly though that this would be pretty thick but it's not. It's more like a lotion and not a cream. But even though that's the case, it does feel good on the skin and works well for my skin. I normally deal with dry patches from my seborrheic dermatitis and this seems to smooth over those areas to keep them from looking so flaky. It doesn't have any smell at all to it, as some unscented lotions can still have a chemical scent of some sort to them. This doesn't. It feels good going on the skin and doesn't leave it feeling sticky or greasy or oily. I used it on my face before my body so I'm sure I'll be satisfied with it for sure everywhere else.

My daughter has been using this moisturizer daily and I have used it occasionally. We both like it a lot and believe it is worthy of a 5-star rating. Its consistency is a bit thinner than I expected — probably since we’re used to thicker products coming in similarly sized screw-top tubs, like Aquaphor and Aveeno Eczema Therapy balm. This is a cream, not a balm. You can kind of tell from looking at the photo of it in the tub in the description as it has a shiny sheen to it in the tub. Given the consistency of this cream, it spreads very easily and a little bit goes a long way. This tub will last a very long time even with daily use. It is unscented. It leaves your skin feeling moisturized and soft/silky without feeling sticky or greasy at all. It absorbs into your skin well. We both have sensitive dry skin (especially in the winter) and have had no problems with this cream. Great product. Made in Canada & paraben-free.

This ceramide complex moisturizing cream is a good moisturizer. The consistency is that of a cream rather than a lotion, and it absorbs fairly quickly into your skin. My skin gets very dry in the winter, and this moisturizes well but doesn't do a very good job of retaining moisture. My usual ceramide cream keeps my skin moisturized all day with just one or two reapplications. I have to reapply this cream a few more times throughout the day. I really like that this cream is truly fragrance-free, paraben-free, and free of artificial colors, mineral oil, and petroleum. Very good cream for those with mild to moderately dry skin. If you have very dry skin, prepare for multiple reapplications, but it works.
