I love the pot. Very well made to high standard. Love the fact it’s not glazed so you get proper earthy natural feel With all the protecting packaging I received mine with small crack to the side. I left the message for the company and few days later received the replacement.

Be careful not to have the heat too high

This tagine arrived on time ,I haven't used it yet ,but the size seems to be ok ,some instructions in English would have been ideal , overall I am happy with it

Can't say much as it's a Christmas present but it's based on my own experience of authentic Moroccan tagines. This is the closest I could find.

It arrived extremely quickly and very well packaged. No damage at all. It was bought as a present and they are delighted with it and inform me it works wonderfully well! Still waiting for the invite to sample a meal, though!!

Honestly the best thing I’ve brought

Unfortunately arrived with a chip out of rim, so re packed ready for return. Real shame as it looks a really good quality clay pot, but not well packed at all. Not enough protective material around the pot. We’ll done Royal Mail, for ignoring the fragile warning tape.

This is a terrible product! It was broken on the first time using!
