I actually used them today for the first time for cable kickbacks and wow. If you don’t go to gym and need home option this is for you! Definitely highly recommended adding these to your equipment

I really wish these would work for me, but I’m just too short to get the right resistance I’m5 ft 2.

I was excited to get these and ended up very disappointed. These are the straps only and I already had the ankle cuffs to attach them to. They don't look it but they are long enough that you don't get any resistance until the tail end of the movement, virtually eliminating any potential benefit from them. Even when I added multiple bands together and tried various positions, they did very little for me.

These are super awsome to use at home. I would recommend to anyone that's looking to do some exsersize at home they are very user friendly and have not let me down yet. Totally beats going to the gym everyday.

This is a good resistance band set. I really like how many bands come with this set, & that you have the ability to mix the amount of weight that you are using for resistance with the bands. These bands are made out of a quality material, so that you don't have to worry about them snapping on you during a workout, & they hold up during repeated use. These offer versatility when it comes to choosing a workout, as they can be used for working out a number of different body parts (legs, arms, etc.). I am really happy with this product.

These went great with the ankle straps I ordered separately. They attached easily and you can all multiple straps to get your ideal resistance. Felt really secure and didn't have any kinking. Made for a great workout, and since I'm 5'7 they were long enough for me to actually feel like they were doing something. Highly recommend

Where have these been all my life?! I didn’t even know these existed! I am so happy to have these! Obviously my first time using these. This will help me elevate my booty workouts. Comes with five bands. You need to have ankle straps in order for these to work, and luckily I do have those!

How am I supposed to use these without able straps, I want a refund.
