Bargain price for a pack of 30 .These supplements are really good ,in less than a week my nails have grown faster and longer than when I’m not taking them, they have also boosted my energy levels.I take one in the morning and feel more refreshed to start the day.My hair is in braids so would be interesting to see if the supplements have had any effect on its growth once I’ve taken them out but I’m quite happy with my results so far.

I hoped that this would strengthen my hair which is shedding due to , as yet, untreated anaemia. Sadly, it isn’t helping and I am still awaiting medical treatment to address my low iron. I have taken Biotin in the past when I was healthy and my hair and nails were great!

so im not big on this kind of product because i dont really know much but since taking this my hair has grown extremely quickly from having a short hair cut and my nails have grown long and are stronger..Now i will say this having spoken to others it does make your urine smell without being too crude so thats just a warning.. others ive spoken too had the same issue.But it works.. so its good but speak to ur doctor beforehand if ur unsure.

I ruined my nails by trying poly gel nails and they looked bitten and just awful I had none left or had to cut them all down because they were so damaged I been taking These for about 3 weeks and look at how much my nails have grown and they are very strong can’t recommend enough I have used in the past and they did the same job think I will always take now and love the natural look 5*
