Been on these one year after a awful time in which my dr said I had too much stomach acid bloating pain couldn’t eat much ever put on omprezole so now really suffering! So back to my own deductions and I have the opposite low stomach acid and adding an anti acid was THE worst thing to do why can’t drs see this !! I was worse when trying to digest meat. I found these and after 3 months it all settled it just keeps it in check plus all the other natural stuff in here too. Persevere with these and keep taking them even just 2 capsules a day with a meal will make a difference if really bad suggest taking an extra stand alone hydrochloric acid too. Experiment and find your balance.

This product i buy first time, I received on 26th July 2021, I start using it from 27th July, until i finish this packet I did not know how good it is. The ingredients in it seem to me good enough. so I give it a try,All i need is good Enzymes with a help to absorbs the nutrient from the food to my body cells to give them nourishment. once i finish the whole packet i will tell you then wether this product is good enough or not.Mian

I have a sluggish digestion. It's very likely caused by having Hashimoto's disease.I don't have any food allergies, but I'm really struggling to any digest fried food or any fatty food, sometimes even high protein content.Food just sits in my stomach for hours, causing heavy stomach and nausea.Taking 2 capsules with a meal really help with that. Helps my severe IBS and also take it to help me digest carbs as I am type 2 diabetic. I take one capsule with each main meal. It works, for me. Not for pain relief. Hence, I didn’t rated. I purchased these to help with digestion having had my gallbladder removed and it works, for me.

These tablets are large but they have helped to take some of the pain and bloating away following meals with lactose, Cruciferous vegetables and beans.I’m not saying totally but has reduced the effects of the above foods.
