These taurine capsules are a great option if you’re looking for a clean, simple supplement. The 1500 mg dose per capsule is strong, and they’re easy to swallow. I’ve noticed a nice boost in focus and energy during workouts without any crash. Good quality, well packaged, and excellent value for 120 capsules.

Good Quality Taurine
Fast delivery and decent quality taurine a supplement good for the heart. Although the tablets are quite big I can't say it's a problem to be honest. Will certainly buy again.

It works for me
So far so good. It works for me. Big capsules, I just opened the capsule and took half the first time, to see if they agree with me. Now I take a full capsule, seems to help my eyesight been taking them for 2 weeks now. It’s doing my energy good. But also helps me to sleep.

Excellent product
Although the tablets are large they are affective plus they have magnesium in them which has eased my night cramps. I would recommend them.
