It's very noisy. Not the pump, the splashing water. I've had a more expensive brand before and the flow was smooth and quiet. Also the water level indicator doesn't work, it's stuck at the minimum. Once again I wonder if this is the same product which seems to have received so many positive reviews. Anyway the cats seem to like it.

Exterior box was fine but when opened multiple parts were wet and the packaging was opened.

Good water fountain.. holds a good amount of water for my cats. I will say, you need to clean this every few days, it gets slimey and also debris gets into this as it’s an open water source. Super easy to clean and fill up!! Happy with it:)

La verdad es que está increible, muy buena compra, a mi gatito le gusta mucho, ahora toma más agua, el ruido que hace es del agua callendo, hasta es relajante, es fácil de instalar y limpiar, me gustó que trae un tapete para poder ponerlo y no se resvale

Very pleased with this product. Easy to clean, Long-lasting. I just use it with the 2 sponge-filters included, and it last 2 weeks refilling the water after 1 week. The only thing I would change is the tap, as it is plastic. All the rest is stainless steel. I wish the tap could have been it as well.

We had a cat fountain but couldn't get filters any more so bought this one. Cat has adapted to it easily, and I really like the red ball which shows the water level. Previous fountain had a red light that came on when water level was low, but the light stopped working and I didn't realize my cat had no water. This one is much better.
