Tefal Ingenio Set, Stainless Steel, 13 Piece

Having used cheaper stainless pans for years I treated myself to these. They take up hardly any space and are fantastic to cook with. Unfortunately I've had a couple of problems. The click mechanism on one of the handles has stopped working. This was about 6 weeks after I bought the pans. Tefal customer service are sending me an envelope so that I can send it back for inspection. No promise of replacement and no guideline on how long I will have to cook with just one handle. I expect better given the price and the short amount of time I've had them for. The other problem I've had is the underside of the large fry pan and large saucepan discoloured and wouldn't clean up. Tefal were most unhelpful with this as well, and just send me a long pdf saying that I shouldn't put them on a high heat (really? They're saucepans and are supposed to be used to cook with!!) and that I shouldn't use harsh washing up liquid on them (Fairy anyone?), shouldn't leave them in the dishwasher (they haven't seen a dishwasher) and should be dried immediately (which I always do). They then went on to say that discolouration isn't covered by their warranty, which quite frankly left me very disappointed given that I'd only had them for six weeks. I would have returned them to Amazon and bought another set except I got them in the black Friday sale and didn't fancy paying the extra to get them replaced. I have found a solution to the tarnishing -BarTenders Friend cookware cleaner and polisher. Minimal amount and minimal elbow grease has got the pans looking like new again (and in case Tefal are reading this, no I didn't put it on the non stick inside of the fry pan). Daily use of these pans is a dream. I'd like a fry pan without the non stick inner so may get one separately. I've already added the splatter cover and saucepan strainer. I've also bought myself another handle so that I can manage whilst Tefal decide whether they're going to replace their sub standard one! Recommend the pans, don't recommend the manufacturer!!

Perfect design for storage with detachable handles, it takes up minimal space in our pan drawer. It's difficult to find decent pans suitable for induction hobs. We recently purchased a much cheaper pack of 'Tower' Pans that seemed to work initially but then randomly stopped over time leading us to believe that there was a fault with the hob. The engineer found no fault and suggested we buy a better set of pans. It would seem the more the pans were cleaned the poorer they functioned. Despite the Tefal set being 4 times the price of the Tower set, the quality is immeasurable. Just by the weight and thickness of the non-stick you can tell that this is a far superior product. Pans heat up in no time and food cooks cleanly. Definitely worth the extra expense.

I bought this set because I really like the idea of storing all my pots and pans in a drawer. I've chosen the full stainless steel kit for quality reasons and I can't be happier about it. This set is more expensive, yes, but it's worth it. The set itself is so compact that when the box arrived I didn't believe it was it until I opened it up! The handle feels solid and sturdy. It has a very satisfying click and it does give you the feedback to trust that it won't crack open and make a mess of your kitchen. The pot doesn't wobble inside the handle, and I was expecting a bit of wobbling honestly. I've used them in the fridge, oven, electric and gas. I'm more than happy with them and If I have to recommend a set for a small kitchen THIS will be the one, hands down. Can't recommend it enough

I like that they save space in my cupboard. Frying pans are so easy to clean. Although they are supposed to be dishwasher safe, I have decided hand wash in the hope that they will last longer. I do put the saucepans in the dishwasher, but they cleaned easily by hand too with a short soak. All seem good sturdy pans and the handle is easy to use and sturdy. You have to get used to not leaving the handle on the pan all the time it's on the hob. Just attach it when needed. Had a couple of boil over incidents until I got used to this. I don't like that the handle is difficult to clean, as it's not dishwasher safe and can't be submerged in water, making it difficult to remove unavoidable splatters from hard to reach places. Would have benefitted from a lidded saute pan to complete the set, but this can be bought separately. Overall a good quality product.

Easy to store, easy to clean, versatile and all round brilliant. Ingenio - Genius! I bought these to replace some tired, old, non-stick saucepans that had come to the end of their useful life. I'd used a set of Ingenio pans in a holiday let a year or two back, and was so impressed I knew exactly what I wanted when the time came to buy new. Would recommend to anyone; from hob, to oven, to fridge ... the fridg-lids are a brilliant idea.

Bought these during prime day and couldn’t be happier with them. I’m not sure I would have ever paid full price as it just seemed a bit much for pots and pans but now that we have them and love them I wouldn’t hesitate in the future. These are everything we hoped for. Great quality, so much easier to store, tidier in the cupboard and love being able to remove the handle so they can be put in the oven or the dishwasher. A real game changer in our kitchen and thrilled that we got them for such a good price on prime day, makes it all that more enjoyable.

Love these pans, well made, good quality and don't stain the way some reviews have mentioned. I like the volume markers inside and they work well with my induction hob. They heat up fast and evenly. The handle works well, not flimsy or mechanically in stable like some people seem worried about. I like the way you can stack the pans for space saving. Highly recommend, but make sure you buy the lids and a spare handle as well. .

Premièrement je n'ai pas retrouné l'article car les frais de port étaient disproportionnés mais l'emballage a été ouvert soit chez amazon, soit en cours de livraison, soit au relais colis et très bien refermé avec scotch d'origine. Aucun constat d'effraction ou de pb au relais, je signe et lorsque j'ouvre au domicile les emballages intérieurs sont déchirés...Total la poignée manque ! (11€ à 17€ dans le baba).Je pensais faire une économie la prochaine fois j'acheterai en magasin. Première fois que cela arrive mais c'est terminé j'ouvre désormais en magasin ; je penserai à amener mon rouleau de scotch. Deuxièmement, ayant déjà des éléments ingenio plus anciens, certains des couvercles sont incompatibles avec les nouvelles (nouvelles) poignées. À mon avis trop de types de poignée différents pour une gamme qui ne change pas de nom. Le revêtement intérieur à l'air correct, il se culotte rapidement, bien pensé la graduation intérieure.

Avevo acquistato queste casseruole con una certa apprensione. Non ero riuscito a sapere, infatti, se fossero o meno adatte all'induzione. Appena ricevute, per prima cosa ho guardato il fondo e l'ho visto adatto all'induzione. Non manca, quindi, nulla loro per essere perfette per le mie esigenze

Such a good idea to have the removable handles. They work well and saves so much storage space. Ideal purchase. I bought as a gift but I’d like a set too.
