Great stuff
I bought this on someone’s recommendation but with very little faith in its claims. I was wrong. This stuff does exactly what it says it will and supports and relieves muscle strain and weakness.

Going, Going, Gone
I know this is good tape, cause I have used it previously. On this occasion, my partners son snaffled it for himself, before I got to use some. Have to buy some more now.

It sticks!
Having tried the original Kinesio tape which was great and really helped my runner's knee problem, this Rocktape is simply better because it sticks for longer. The price is about the same too.

Very poor quality tape. Does not last even 24 hrs!

Good product
Good product and reasonably priced. Certainly helped me with a shoulder strain and would definitely buy again. Someone else has already mentioned that to stop the corners peeling off your skin, curve the edges.
