I absolutely love this body lotion! I've struggled with bumpy, rough skin on my arms and legs for years, and this is the first product that's actually made a real difference.The texture is more like a lightweight gel than a typical creamy lotion, which I was skeptical about at first. But it absorbs so quickly and leaves my skin feeling incredibly smooth - like silk! The lactic acid does all the work of exfoliating without any of the mess or harshness of scrubs.I've been using it for a few months now and my keratosis pilaris has improved dramatically. My skin just looks and feels so much healthier. It doesn't have a strong scent, which I actually prefer - it's more about results than luxury.Yes, it's pricier than drugstore lotions, but honestly worth every penny. I'm already planning to buy the bigger size because I never want to run out. This stuff really works!Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with bumpy or rough skin. Game changer!

Honestly, this product is a godsend for me. I have mild to moderate KP on my legs (depending on time of year and hormones), and also very sensitive dry skin prone to ingrown hairs and irritation from shaving. I've tried everything, waxing, epilating, exfoliating with gloves and mitts, other intensive moisturisers etc. This is the ONLY product that gets rid of my red blotches in one application. Seriously. These photos were taken two days apart and after three applications of the cream. I find that I only have to apply it a couple of times and I'm good for about a week, sometimes longer. I then just apply again when it comes back or gets worse. What also helps boost the results is dry brushing first. Works every time. It has also helped get rid of pigmentation and ingrowns from around my bikini line. I bought the 100ml bottle first and it lasted me around two months which isn't too bad for the price, definitely worth it to have legs I'm not embarrassed to show in summer :) I never write reviews but hopefully this convinces someone to give it a go because it helped me so so much. Some other tips that I find can help is lukewarm showers, not too many baths and if you can apply this right after a shower it sort of locks in more moisture. Only slight negative is the smell, however this is due to it being fragrance free which is actually a good thing. The smell fades quite quickly. It does leave a sort of film on your skin that is a little sticky until you next shower, so don't put joggers on or anything that has fluff that can come off as it will stick all over your legs! I find it best to apply at night, leave legs bare and then give them a quick rinse in the morning if there's bits stuck to them :)

Makes my skin super smooth. Never had smoother elbows in my life! Very happy with it overall. If you’re looking for something with a nice smell, this one’s not for you though. Doesn’t smell bad imo but it’s got a neutral to chemical smell if anything. Also more expensive than what I’d usually be happy to spend on a body lotion but worth it for me (got no particular skin issues, just want extra exfoliation).

I’ve had KP on my arms for 40 years. Recently it had migrated to my forearms which annoyed me off no end. Cutting out cows milk over the last two years has helped a lot but it always gets worse in the summer with sun protection cream. Which is frustrating because if I don’t use sun cream then it clears up with sunburn! Anyway I have been trying Ameliorate for two weeks now, religiously morning and night and I am amazed! I used to have skin that looked exactly like chicken skin in the wrong light and was hard and bumpy if touched. I now have 99% bump free arms already and my skin feels like silk. As a kid I always had blonde downy arm hair which disappeared when the KP started and my arms have been bald ever since. I noticed today that I actually have some fine arm hair growing back! I’ve now started to use the lotion on my legs where I don’t get KP but do get crocodiley dry skin on shins. After one week my shins are shiny and smooth. I kinda don’t want to know what’s in it, but whatever it is it works. The only negative is it is a bit pricey and does smell a bit yuk but that goes away once it’s sunk in which takes a couple of minutes. If you hate your arm skin try it, but be patient and give it a few weeks for the results to start.

One of the best moisturisers I have tried .

I first purchased this lotion several years ago and I was very impressed. It’s long lasting and was value for money. I continued to use it despite its slightly unpleasant smell. The cost, however, is now ridiculous. In August 23 it cost £10. In June this year it was £16.98. It is now £24! No thank you.

This cream is amazing! I use it on my face, it does sometimes sting but leaves my skin really soft and I haven’t had any break out of spots since using it

This stuff really works! Cleared up the rough bumps on the back of my arms (KP) in just a couple of weeks. It’s not the most luxurious texture and it does have a slight smell, but the results make up for it. Definitely worth it if you’ve struggled with dry or textured skin.

Ottima per chi soffre di chetatosi pilare o di secchezza e desquamazione della pelle. Non ha una buona profumazione, ma almeno è lieve e non persistente.

Awful scent. I used it a couple of times but just couldn’t bear the scent. Shame because the consistency was good.

Un buenísimo producto. La piel de mis brazos, parece otra. Esos granitos que tenia han desaparecido. Mi hermana que tiene el mismo problema, la probó y ya se ha pedido un tubo.

I have a severe case of Keratosis Pilaris on my legs. I’ve been using this cream as instructed, there are no results to see yet. Pros: - moisturising - a very light cream, doesn’t feel heavy - mild, unobtrusive fragrance Cons: - legs feel sticky for a bit - see attached photo. The cream gives me a very bad rash on the back of my hands (after applying the cream). Very itchy, raised bumps. If I stop applying the cream for a few days, the rash goes away. I don’t have sensitive skin, I’ve never had a reaction like this before. I don’t know if I can continue using this (very expensive) cream, the itchy hands are unbearable. If I do continue using the cream, I will update my review if I see an improvement of the Keratosis Pilaris on my legs.

Riecht nicht, meine Haut hat sich deutlich verbessert.
