Great stone mine came in perfect condition
Great stone mine was flat and not warped nor were there any problems with the surface. Great to practice sharpening on and i got my kitchen knives shaving sharpUpdate it was slightly not flat but not to worry about really

Disappointing.
Unfortunately, I would certainly agree with a couple of the issues raised here.1) Surface marred by grinding marks2) Stone slightly warped.Essentially, a lot of money to pay for a substandard product. After some considerable effort I managed to remove the grinding marks, but unfortunately, I was unable to remedy the warping.
