Great grip
I have small hands and struggle holding onto the barbell doing heavier lifting. These are fantastic and they grip prevents slipping

They work perfectly, but I'm not sure the size I ordered is rated for heavy weight
After only a few weeks of using it, deadlifting 210kg+ seems to have worn the velcro to the point it keeps slipping (dangerous)Idk if it's cus I have smaller wrists and the smaller ones aren't rated for much weight. Your mileage may very

Great product at a great price!Having smaller sized wrists, I was unsure if these would be any good. Suffice to say, they fit fine, and allow a better grip when lifting.With theses I can lift x5 in a row etc without issue. My wrists are small and they fit me fine. My PT have the same pair and they fit him fine too. Would recommend to help you step up your lifting game for sure! Would recommend them to anyone.Overall, all my pull exercises have improved by an astonishing margin. I always used to have my grip fail far before my other muscle groups felt any strain and it was frustrating, with these I can finally go to failure on most pull exercises.

Couldn’t find correct size
I’m female and couldn’t find correct size for my hands. None of the sizes fitted my hands properly so disappointed and had to return them.
