Which grit would be used to remove the shine from gel polish prior to removal?

I used the 180. Takes a bit of doing, ir maybe it was just me. I really like them

Are these good on natural nails ?

Yes.I’ve used them on my natural nails. Just don’t be over enthusiastic with the filing down any ridges as when the nail grows the ends can get thin.
