Will these fit on the small flexi lead for small dogs?

It's not a big as you might think, so I will say yes it will fit, it fits by sticking a ring of velcro to the lead casing, so you can remove it easily. I found it useful walking my dog at night

Yes, it is 7 cm diameter at the bottom of the light where it fixes to the handle of the lead. I find it really useful especially in the darker evenings.
