Great price for the job they do!! We use on the porch of our place on the river. They move so much air and make it so much cooler on hot humid days. Works so well and was really surprised how much air they move Review: This fan WILL FAIL. I took a chance too - the reviews are true - believe them - I looked everywhere for a fan that would work in my pool house. I thought I needed a larger high volume / low speed DC fan and this checked off all the boxes and it was WAY cheaper than the highly respected Big Ass Fan. After a little research, I did see other reviews that said this fan had issues with the DC motor controller, but I ignored them because of the other good reviews and hoped (for the money) maybe I'd get lucky with a good one. Spent a lot of time installing perfectly (was difficult). Even had a custom bracket fabricated. We powered up and checked all functions and everything seemed to be fine. Even though it didn't move a lot of air (even on high), I assumed it had to do with the slope and drop of my ceiling. I was satisfied and hopeful this would be a decent purchase. After very sparse use, three months later, it stopped working. I had an electrician come out assuming it wasn't getting any power (same electrician who wired up during install). He found the problem pretty quickly and sure enough - the DC Motor Controller had burn spots on the the circuit board. One of the reviews stated that they messaged BiGizmos and they replied with a replacement DC Controller (and remote), so I reached out to BiGizmos but got no reply back. I reached out several times more and got nothing but silence. BiGizmos WILL NOT respond. I searched for a replacement controller and there just isn't anything out there for this fan. No parts are available. END of STORY - This fan isn't worth the risk. You won't get lucky with a good one. You won't get any support from BiGizmos. IT IS GOING TO FAIL so don't waste your money like I did.

Awesome edition for my workshop
Purchased this fan for my workshop and it works great. Super quiet and moves quite a bit of air. Installation was straight forward and took me about 30 min. I did have to shorten the down tube by about 6". It was 18" so I shortened it to 12". My workshop ceiling is only 12'. The only think I wish this fan had a light. Other than that, super happy with it and would by again

WON'T WORK AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I recently purchased a fan from this company, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Initially, the fan seemed to work fine, providing decent airflow and noise levels, which made me optimistic about the quality of the product. However, after just two months, the fan completely stopped working. I immediately reached out to their customer service team via email, hoping to resolve the issue under warranty, but to my surprise, they ignored my messages. I followed up several times, but received no response. It's incredibly frustrating when a company refuses to assist after a product fails so soon, especially when it’s supposed to be backed by a warranty. I’m extremely disappointed not only in the poor quality of the product but also in the lack of customer support. I have now been left with a faulty fan, and I feel as though I’ve wasted my money. I highly recommend that others avoid purchasing from this company. Customer service is an essential part of any purchase, and based on my experience, they clearly do not value their customers after the sale is made.

Love this big fan.
I purchased two of these and couldn't be happier so far. They have been up for about one month so far. Super quiet. They move a ton of air. They hang 15' up in my garage and two of them are enough to move the air in just about all of the 42'x56' building. I originally thought of installing three of them, but I don't see a reason for it now. With these fans spinning I can raise the temp on the AC unit and still work very comfortably in our Florida climate. Let's see how they do over time.

Does not work
after installing this fan in my shop it only worked one day. i tried changing the batteries in the remote. no luck. also it was installed by a electician. was going to charge me another $150 to take it down. it was hung in a shop at 20 feet. was not worth it to me to take down to send back. was going to be another $150 to reinstall the next fan. i would not recommend this fan to anyone. seller never returned my email

Please read-Problem solved
Was having problems with the remote sending unit. The fan would not turn on. After doing some research, I learned that to turn on the fan, you must press and hold the on button for around 15 to 20 seconds. Also, for it to run properly, the fan blades must be put on. It works with the weight of the blades. I hope this helps someone else who thinks that their sending unit is bad. Mine fan works fine now.

Death trap. Waste of money.
Fan was purchased dec 2024. Installed in my shop after a few months. Estimated installation was march or April of 2025. Lastnight December 2025 the motor locked up causing the fan to jump out of the mounting hardware, breaking wires including breaking emergency support cable. Thankfully no one was under it when it crashed down 20ft. Unfortunately I have 2 of these and who knows how long the other will last.
