Our indoor tuxedo girl, Dottie, immediately took to it. However, after about 10 days I noticed she was using a different heating pad in another room. I checked her new pad, it was cold to my touch. Button was ON & lighting up but zero heat. I cranked it all they way up & nothing. Very disappointed. I’ve used several different brands of pet heating pads, never had one quit on me so quickly.I assure you this was not due to user error. My husband & I foster special needs kitty babies & care for neighborhood stray cats.
