NOW Essential Oils, Rosemary Oil, Purifying Aromatherapy Scent, Steam Distilled, 100% Pure, Vegan, 1-Ounce

I've been using NOW essential oils for many years and find their quality to be quite good. I've tried switching to other brands periodically, but always end up switching back to NOW. The rosemary oil works very well as part of a combination of oils to help deter fleas from the pups during summer. I put everything into a carrier oil and spray them lightly every week or two and have been happily avoiding fleas! I recently read that rosemary can be used to help thicken hair growth and added it to a castor oil I use on my brows. My brows are coming in quite a bit more full than they have in years. Yes, I am thrilled. :-)

I have been making my own lotion for over 20 years with aloe, grapeseed oil, rosemary oil, peppermint oil and patchouli oil. I finally ran out of my NOW rosemary oil. This large 1oz bottle is a great value and should last me several decades, lol. Smells exactly like the first one. It’s a little different than a rosemary bush, with a bit more of a eucalyptus scent. Smells great in my blend.

Love, love this rosemary. It has to be my favorite oil because I use it for so many things, probably more than any other oil. I use it in my bath water, in my shampoo, a little in my unscented facial moisturizer as a special treatment (not everyday), in my laundry (to scent unscented detergent) and in blends. I made a blend of this and peppermint oil to take with me on a recent trip to Paris. Not only was it a nice pick me up when I showered, but I made a foot bath with it (a few drops in a warm drawn bath) and it made the hotel room smell divine! Like a spa. Everyone commented on how amazing it smelled. Although rosemary is suppose to be vitalizing the smell actually is very relaxing to me, I suppose for those that like this sort of smell. Creates a very spa-like atmosphere.

And a lot of people saying it’s eucalyptus Not rosemary. This IS rosemary. There are several kinds of rosemary. This one is the one with high cineole. Cineole is what gives it that “eucalyptus” smell. That cold medicinal type after smell we all know from eucalyptus, but it is NOT eucalyptus. If you know and understand that this oil is amazing. Best rosemary I’ve found. Very strong and fresh smelling. If you’re not looking for that look for the rosemary without high cineole.

Nice clean rosemary scent as it should be. A great value for the money.
