A: Yes the alarm vibes.  This Timex Men's watch is a very good and reliable watch.  It's the best easy to read watches that I have worn.

**Q: does it have a countdown timer?**
A: This watch has a 24-hour Countdown timer.

**Q: on the countdown timer is there a restart option?**
A: The timer function allows you to pause and restart at will. Although I haven’t used the countdown timer, I’d be very surprised it they didn’t allow it on the count down timer!

**Q: Does the watch track speed/pace?**
