The first time I used this, my pores shrank so much that I couldn’t believe how smooth my skin looked! You only need a tiny bit to get results, and using too much will leave a white film. Great for breakouts and reducing texture before makeup ;)

I have aging skin. This has helped minimize pores and fade dark spots. It doesn't really have a scent which I don't mind. The feeling is silky, greaseless, and will leave your face feeling perfectly clean.

So I love the product itself - it makes my skin look and feel amazing.It's got a slightly hydrating quality to it and the scent, while not great smelling (almost like a glue), it is very mild and subtle.I would give 5 stars, easily, if you got more in each bottle. The value is good for the money but the quantity is lacking. I'm out before a month has lapsed. All in all, effective and excellent quality, but for the price there should be more.

This dries very white. Leaves white patches or steaks on face.

I had oily skin and some acne as a teenager into early adulthood. However, now that I am older and have more mature skin it isn't so oily but I do have some enlarged pores (especially on my nose and inner cheeks). Aging can sometimes stretch out pores too. Niacinamide can help with sebum control (oiliness) and supposedly minimizing pores. This serum is a clear gel that comes in a tube, as well as niacinamide it contains 3% squalane that helps protect the skin's barrier. This a a high percentage of niacinamide, though, so if you are a first time user start out slowly to see how your skin will adjust and back-off if there are reactions. A little dab goes a long way. It can be applied up to twice daily (once at night and then again in the morning). I usually just use it once a day since my face is no longer super oily--it is mainly for pore control. I apply a thin layer to clean dry skin and make sure it is rubbed in thoroughly, if the serum is applied too thickly it can leave a white cast/film. Due to that, at least for me, sometimes it can be tricky to layer it under makeup. However, my tinted sunscreen and/or makeup (on days when I wear it) are going on smoother over the pore areas-so at least it is helping some with that.

I bought this on a whim based on the reviews and I am so happy I did. It really works!
