My own fault entirely, so completely unfair to mark them down in this review, but the 'Premium Cotton' batting is actually a blend, with only 80% cotton content. My usual choice, from a different manufacturer, which is pure cotton, was not available and time was of the essence so, having already sent one back because it was too high a man-made fibre content, I decided to stick with this one. It is soft and pliable, easy to work with, but definitely doesn't have the qualities of pure cotton.

Hobbs is my got to brands for my quilts. Very easy to use and good price too.

Perfect

Lovely product that was perfect size for the quilt I am making - thought I would need two. Thin so makes quilt less bulky and with me using a heavy cotton tartan this is a great plus. I can feel the warmth as it sits on my lap as I sew it. Sewing is so easy, no big balls of fluff. A happy customer who will be buying more - would rather use this than the poly I had used up until now ( only been sewing and quilting for 6 months). Price is not so much more and unless I make a quilt that will need a lot of washing this will be my filler.
