A 1oz bottle in a single base coat can cover a good amount of surface area, however it may wear off in time. Applying multiple coats as well as using an acrylic finisher can help extend the durability of the paint. The best bet is to try out 1 bottle on your project and see if it is enough. Nice and bright colour and easy to apply with the integrated brush. Where I have repaired the chair the colour has lasted well. It seems flexible and it dries quickly so you can reuse the chair not long after. The only annoyance is the paint dries in the container after your have used it and it takes a lot to reopen it again to use it further.
